Products and Custom Orders

Inkbliss sells personalized pet blankets and related custom products. Product photos, previews, colors, sizes, and layout examples are provided to help you understand the product. Final artwork, color, texture, and placement may vary slightly because each item is custom produced.

Customer-Provided Content

When you upload pet photos, names, text, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content. You grant us and our production partners permission to use the submitted content only as needed to process, produce, quality-check, and fulfill your order.

Orders, Payments, and Pricing

We may limit, refuse, cancel, or refund orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, unavailable, or outside our supported service areas. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Production and shipping estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because custom products are made specifically for each order, non-defective personalized items may not be eligible for return. You must contact us before sending any return.
