A few things you may be wondering.
Can you make a figurine of someone who has passed away?
Yes. We can work from existing photos of a loved one or pet. Choose the images that show them most clearly, and tell us about any expression, clothing, markings, or other details you would like us to include.
If you are unsure about the photos you have, contact us before ordering.
Can people and pets be included together?
Yes. A full-body keepsake can include 1–6 subjects: people, pets, or a mix of both, composed on a shared base. Separate photos can be used to bring them together. The price depends on the total number of subjects; people and pets count equally.
The half-body version is available for one human only. For more than six subjects, please contact us for a quote.
What photos should I upload?
Choose clear, well-lit photos where faces or pet features are easy to see. Include photos that show any clothing, hairstyle, or markings you want represented, and explain your preferences in the order notes.
We craft directly from the photos and details you provide. If we need additional photos, we will contact you; this may extend the production time.
How long will my order take?
Allow approximately 20 calendar days from ordering for production, including weekends. Requests for additional or replacement reference photos may extend this time.
Shipping takes approximately 6–10 days after production. Worldwide shipping is free. If you have a particular date in mind, contact us before ordering to discuss timing.
Are engraving and a gift box included?
Yes. Every figurine includes a gift box, and optional engraving is free. Add your chosen name, date, or message when customizing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before actual production begins. Production usually starts within 1–2 days of ordering, but cancellation eligibility depends on whether work on your figurine has actually started.
Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What if my order is damaged, lost, or incorrect?
We inspect each figurine and pack it carefully. If it is damaged or lost during shipping, we will remake it free of charge. If you receive the wrong item or have another order issue, contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
We also carefully check every remake and replacement before dispatch. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
Can I order the same keepsake again?
Yes. For more than one copy in the same order, adjust the number of copies above. To reorder later, contact us with your original order number and reference photos so we can help recreate your keepsake.
Will my reference photos be used publicly?
Your reference photos are for creating your custom figurine. Any use of your photos for public examples or marketing needs your separate permission.
